Description

Course Description:

This course, which will apply toward the agency's requirement for the Swiss Re 10% E&O discount*, is designed to give agents important information to help reduce their exposure to E&O claims.  Topics that will be discussed include:

  • E&O Considerations of Agency Operations
  • E&O Issues of Certificates of Insurance

  * Subject to state filings

FL Agents:

For FL  agencies to receive a 10% loss control credit on their Swiss Re/Westport E&O insurance premium, agency staff must attend both the E&O Considerations of Agency Operations webcast, and the E&O Carriers and Agencies, Expect the Unexpected! Webcast. In other words, in order to receive the 10% discount, each person must complete both two hour webcasts. Each person may complete these webcasts in any particular order. There are multiple viewing dates and times each month; so, please plan accordingly. Failure to attend both E&O webcasts will result in forfeiture of your eligibility to receive an E&O policy premium discount.
